What is an email quota?
Email quota is the number of emails you can send for free as a part of your monthly plan. It is proportional to the number of contacts you pay for.
How many emails do I have per month?
Monthly number of emails is 4 times more than number of contacts you pay for.
So, if you have a plan for 250 contacts, you will have 1000 emails available each month of subscription.
When you purchase a long-term plan (quarter/semi-annual/annual) you get full quota right at the beginning of your billing period.
Bear in mind that unused emails from one month are not transferable to the next month.
What will happen if I exceed the quota?
If you exceed your quota, you won't be able to send more emails. To send more emails, you need to purchase additional email package.
The current price for additional emails is 0.4 USD for 1000 emails (it's also the minimum amount you can purchase)
