Outlook Calendar Integration

Short guide for Outlook calendar integration.

Outlook Calendar Integration allows you to connect the calendar directly with the User.com CRM module. Create your own page with the "schedule a meeting" option and get the notifications about new meetings right inside the app and your email inbox. Each agent has own link with custom meeting types and timetable.

How to connect Outlook Calendar account with User.com?

First of all you need to authorize your Outlook account in the User.com application. To do so please go to the Agent's profile (top right corner) > My Calendar section.

Choose "Connect Outlook Calendar" option in top right corner of the page. Once you click on this button you will be redirected to the Microsoft login page.

Please log in to your Microsoft account to go through the authentication process. After that you will see the confirmation pop-up inside the app:

You will also receive an email confirmation in case of successful connection from Outlook.

Great! Now you can configure the availability of your schedule and the slots.

Calendar Settings

In this section you can set the timetable: days and hours when your calendar will be available for the users. Outside these time slots no one will be able to schedule a meeting with you.

Moreover, you can configure the url of the page with the calendar availability. This link can be used in your email, SMS, chat communication with the users.

If you turn on the toggle "Create activity on new scheduled meeting", then you will also get an activity in CRM + notification 15 mins before the meeting.
