What are Tickets?

In a nutshell, a Ticket is a mention from your customers' that they are having a problem or issue and want to let you know about to get it solved as soon as possible.

You can access Tickets section by going to Tools -> Tickets.

From there, you will have access to an intuitive communication platform named Ticketing Module which you can use to communicate and reply to your users. From there you can also create a Ticket. Creating a Ticket enables you to track all the communication pieces, notes and updates related to a particular problem from one place.
